Burak Acilan is a civil engineer who honed his craft delivering mega-infrastructure for VINCI Concessions and Obrascón Huarte Lain, managing multimillion-euro bridges, tunnels and transport hubs across Europe and the Gulf.

Seeing concrete’s digital blind spot, Burak founded ConcR GmbH. The startup’s embedded IoT sensors stream live strength, temperature and humidity, slashing curing time, CO₂ and cost for contractors on six continents.

Winner of Germany’s Industry 4.0 Cup, the Innovation World Cup and Dubai Startup of the Year, Burak now keynotes on smart construction, deep tech entrepreneurship and sustainable infrastructure.
